Where the Seller has agreed to provide the Buyer with system design, installation or other consultancy services, then the provision of such services shall be governed by the Seller’s separate Conditions for the Provision of Services, a copy of which shall be supplied to the Buyer.

No variation or addition to these Conditions shall be effective unless agreed in Writing by the Seller.

The Seller’s employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the Goods unless confirmed by the Seller in Writing and in entering into the contract the Buyer acknowledges that it does not rely on any such representations which are not so confirmed.

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by the Seller shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Seller and without any prior notification. Acceptance of delivery of Goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the Buyer’s acceptance of these Conditions.
